Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if:
- The item is damaged or defective.
- You received the wrong item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging where possible.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind.
- Items that have been used or damaged after delivery.
- Personal or hygiene products that have been opened, unless they are faulty.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.
